Is your feature request related to a problem?

We aim to enable all users to seamlessly upgrade to the newly - architected TiCDC. Consequently, we must ensure that all aspects of the user interface remain compatible with the legacy TiCDC (version <= v8.5.x).
As a result, it is imperative to make all HTTP APIs mentioned in the official documentation compatible with the legacy TiCDC.
