MAINT: adds environment file for q2-picrust2 with amplicon 2024.5 #21

Hey @R-Wright-1 @gavinmdouglas - this environment file will work to install q2-picrust2 within a QIIME 2 Amplicon 2024.5 environment. I chose 2024.5 because that looks like the last referenced release for picrust2 - but this can be updated as compatibility continues through subsequent QIIME 2 releases. Let me know if you have any questions! |

Apologies for the delay - in my mind this needed a little more in-depth attention from me than it does! I think this was all that is required of me now? I'll work on getting the new version of PICRUSt2 on here soon. |
