phpBB Extension - External images as link 1.1.0

If you are running your board with a SSL certificate, you are not allowed to use "http://"-images per img-element in your code. For this reason this extension checks every image in a posting, if it is from the own-board-url or from a "https://"-source and if not, it displays the image as a simple url link and not the image itself.
