This PR adds a Google Analytics tracking ID to the book's website. This makes it possible to collect traffic data of the book website, so that we can see how many people are visiting the book's website, and which pages they are looking into more.
For those who are concerned with privacy, any sensible information, like IP addresses, precise geolocations, or any other type of info that can be used to identify the exact user that is visiting the website, are not possible to be collected through Google Analytics.
