Update Android EWV documentation

Description, Motivation, and Context

We recently reviewed EWV support and noticed that Android EWV appears to have better passkey support. Since we do not yet have a working implementation ourselves, please take a look and verify.

...I hesitate to approve this PR unless we can know for sure that these steps will lead to a working embedded web view.

Also do you have any idea to what previous version of Android that AndroidX WebKit 1.12.1 supports?

Understandable. I looked a bit deeper into it and found the relevant documentation.

These are essentially the two approaches:

1. Older WebView Bridge Approach
Uses a Web to Native bridge to handle passkeys

2. Newer Webkit Based Approach
