Similar to owickstrom/pandoc-include-code#14, add instructions to use with Hakyll.
I also added a few lines on how to build the
README.src.md. Looks like the Tex distribution I used has slightly different output formatting based on the diff ofindex.html. Feel free to run the build on your machine for more consistency and update this branch.
