Create a reusable client module named
rerum_client.tsto handle all interactions with the RERUM or TinyNode API endpoints. This module will centralize API logic such as creating, updating, querying, and deleting annotations.Fixes [#114] (https://github.com/slu-csci-5030/course/issues/114)
