Admin roles summary

Admin layer editor:
Add quick buttons for default, admin only and published permissions and button for remove all permissions from additional/other roles.
Published == guest user view published
Not sure if show quick buttons and/or default permissions should be configurable.

Sort system roles first and use bold font.

Map layer permissions:
Add summary tables for permissions and layer details. Click on layer name opens layer editor. Layer details gathers data only from frontend (at least url, locale,.. should be fetched from backend). Not sure what data and filters are really wanted and what is the right place for the table so it's for testing and getting ideas for layer details summary. Layer deatails has filter for: type, version, http url, source, missing locale (not working because locale is missing), metadata uuid, legend and invalid scale.
