Based on the measurements done as part of GR-68255,
-H:+UseConservativeUnsafeAccesshas only negligible impact on precision, and it significantly reduces the analysis in when building bigger images that use a lot of unsafe access and reflection (which is modelled in the analysis via unsafe), therefore we enableUseConservativeUnsafeAccessby default.
