Edge Case Fixes

Fixes potential edge cases:

• Websocket reporting initialised without being initialised (Issue Edge case where self_initialised = True in Websocket class, but an error occurs when connecting. #95)
• Starting a new loop to get loop time
• Cache issues with async cache.
• Ensure websocket IDs cannot be used twice while still in use
• Adjust sleep wait period when item is not retrievable yet.
