Update to a newer bootimage before we release OKD for 4.19. This change was generated using:

@Prashanth684 for scos, do you want the AMIs to be available on all regions? Right now it is only available in us-east-1

@Prashanth684 for scos, do you want the AMIs to be available on all regions? Right now it is only available in us-east-1

probably not yet because the community rarely uses AWS - we largely see only baremetal platforms being used. If things change, we can make it available on a need basis.
