Now using go 1.23! Tested this on dev, it works
Prints initial settings as defined in setup.yaml. Added for usability reasons - users keep getting confused about account balance and maximum allowable debt

There haven't been changes since @astrosnat checked it, I had intended to get back to it and double check that it actually worked. I believe it failed the workflow tests because one of the packages didn't download on Linux, I can double check later today and ping. |
