refactor: remove unused variable and clean up response handling in streamlit_chat.py

• Simplified streaming loop by removing the unused current_output_index variable and relying solely on each event’s output_type for message rendering
• Streamlined function output handling by eliminating the local function_output assignment and letting st.text_input write directly to session state
