Prevents logs from own operation

While #761 require some time to resolve, we need to provide a way to make the OTLP Exporter useable, when appender-tracing is used. Opening this issue to identify a short term workaround, so that OTLP Exporter can be used.
The goal is to create the OTLP Examples use opentelemetry-appender-tracing, and show how to use filters to prevent the logs from OTLP Export operations from being exported again.
