Thanks, I am applying this. And then fixing more found by a new regression test (and fixing the existing tests too). |

Note I won't backport most of these changes to 2.x because it could break existing applications if they explicitly use those wrongly-renamed symbols. But it'll be in hwloc 3.0. |
