The
fcl.eventsdocumentation was outdated and missingEventFilterdocuementation (only had the legacystringsyntax). This PR updates that and unifies thefcl.eventsandfcl.subscribeEventsbuilder to share the sameEventFiltertype.This is dependent on onflow/fcl-js#2216
