• upgrade tech stack, improve maintainability. closes Technische Upgrades, Housekeeping #44
• reduce page load, initial http requests and bundle size (currently about ~2mb), drop unnecessary dependencies (like d3)
• make the site work without JS enabled
• drop Google Sheet, consolidate data in repo using yaml/md files
• design touch-ups, especially for mobile. closes Bessere Mobilversion #45
