Add Nuxt UI v4.0.0-alpha.1 showcase story with mock components

This PR creates a comprehensive showcase story for Nuxt UI v4.0.0-alpha.1 components in the showcase example. Due to compatibility constraints (nuxt-ui v4.0.0-alpha.1 requires Nuxt 4.x but the showcase runs on Nuxt 3.x), I implemented mock components that demonstrate the intended v4.0.0-alpha.1 API and functionality.

What's Added

New Mock Components

• UButton.vue - Button component with solid, outline, ghost, and link variants
• UBadge.vue - Badge component with solid, outline, subtle, and ghost variants
• UCard.vue - Card component with header, body, and footer slots
• UAlert.vue - Alert component with title, description, and icon support

Showcase Story

• NuxtUIShowcase.vue - Main component demonstrating all mock components
• NuxtUIShowcase.stories.ts - 5 story variants showcasing different states:
  • Default showcase with all components
  • Outline variant demonstration
  • Green theme example
  • Ghost red variant
  • Custom template with wrapper styling

Story Organization

The new story appears under "Examples > Nuxt UI v4.0.0-alpha.1" in the Storybook sidebar, providing:

• Interactive component playground
• Multiple variant demonstrations
• Control panel for real-time property adjustments
• Code examples for each story variant

This implementation provides a foundation for testing and demonstrating nuxt-ui v4.0.0-alpha.1 patterns while maintaining compatibility with the existing Nuxt 3.x showcase environment.
