We had been using the cs-231n tutorial to help develop and test the infrastructure for the notebook-based numpy-tutorials site. Now that numpy-tutorials is live, it's best to instead urge users to access the original cs-231n tutorial, which is linked from numpy.org/learn.

Thanks @rossbar - would you mind taking out the attribution for the SVD tutorial as well? I only added it to not make the CS231 stand out but I think this doesn't make sense anymore.
