This PR is to add new functionality for Jenkins View creation.

Hi, @null511 @petelopez
We have used this library to integrate and automate pipeline creations on Jenkins. However, we needed to create views programmatically through your developed interface but we didn't find it. Hence, We implemented this functionality and now we need to be merged with the codebase to be available for the community afterward.
