- Migrate core script
- Add Azure Pipeline specific logging command lib
- Cross platform support
- SSH support (used for cross platform support)
- Change handler from PowerShell3 to JavaScript
Copy over the script versions of GH action version, attention: logging.ps1 needs be changed to AzD pipelines logging commands
