PR добавляет возможность использовать символы
=и%в параметрах url. То есть паттерн/path/<id>совпадет с/path/abc%2F=dиid = 'abc%2F=d'. Релевантная спецификация позволяет использование этих символов: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc3986#section-3.3
