Starting a folder structure:
config-files/org-name/repo-name (if applicable)/<label-of-runner-set>.yamlAlso, at the top of config yaml, we can add
cluster nameand helm deployment command.This PR also restructures the repo to be more general and a place where we can host config files across our clusters.
Removing the legacy instructions and files as it is outdated now.
