Currently, TextGrid.tiers is empty when faced with a file with tabs instead of spaces, such as CORAAL's forced alignment http://lingtools.uoregon.edu/coraal/aligned/.

grid = TextGrid(open(file).read())
print(grid.tiers)

is empty
