Add Find Moved Work Items Script

This PowerShell script is designed to identify and list work items that have been moved from one project to another within a given DevOps organization.

If you use azure-devops-migration-tools, and encounter this issue, this script may help you.

It helps list the IDs of the moved items before migration, so we can exclude them initially. Later, we migrate them separately while mapping their old Area/Iteration paths to a new one, or while setting ReplayRevisions to false.

The output of running the script is a txt file that includes the IDs of moved work items.
