Also refactor to reveal these subsections:

  • Converter type classes
  • VTable types
  • deepCopy

Let me know if I should undo that or delete them.

Also, new styled concepts don't do type checking and remove either-or and each and untyped sections.

There's a flaky runnableExample and test in thttpclient. The latter fails often; we need to take care of it.
