SPARC Portal

The SPARC Portal is an open source project out of the NIH SPARC program. The portal provides a web-based interface into the data that is generated by the NIH SPARC investigators, as well as the broader scientific community. This Wiki provides documentation on structure of the data-portal project and how to contribute to the project.

License

The SPARC Portal is developed as an open source project with an Apache 2.0 license. The Apache 2.0 license is a permissive license whose main conditions require preservation of copyright and license notices. Contributors provide an express grant of patent rights. Licensed works, modifications, and larger works may be distributed under different terms and without source code.
