This is a tool that converts matlab files .mat containing matlab data structures into CSV or JSON files.
This tool is written in matlab and needs to be compiled before it is containerized using Docker.
Conda is no option.
The container is already on nf-core quay io for version 1.0.0
For possible future changes of the tool i included the dockerfile so it can be updated ( like spaceranger does)
The tool is needed for the pipeline nf-core/lsmquant
