- Add circular black border (40x40) to sharing popup button - Add circular black border (40x40) to three-dot actions menu button - Implement interactive states for both buttons: - Normal: black border with transparent background - Hover: light blue background, no border - Active/Pressed: transparent background, no border - Focus: darker blue background with offset outline ring - Set icon size to 16x16 for both buttons
