☑️ Resolves

  • Follow-up to feat: support chat relay in frontend #16299
  • Prerequisite to [wip] fix(chat-relay): localize system messages #16406
    • history_cleared might come faster via HPB to initiator than actual DELETE response. Messages should be cleared only prior to given id (not the whole store)
    • poll_voted is shown in LeftSidebar and should update it there from polling or chat-relay
    • file shares atm not supported in federated conversations, but chat-relay translates it. Message should be modified for receiver, as backend does it in SystemMessage.php#parseMessage
