Objective
Fix the issue: #90 .
I remove deprecated GPT-3.5-turbo-0613, and set GPT-4o as default.
Because GPT-4o is cheaper and has higher accuracy than GPT-4.
I added config to load GPT model name, because in the future GPT-4o will be deprecated.
