Where is the actual CI build? Doesn't seem to have one on Travis https://travis-ci.com/nearprotocol/near-runtime-ts |

@janedegtiareva do you plan to finish this? You've already set up Rust + Node build for create-near-app, I assume that approach should help here as well? |
