Problem

When a tool update fails, Listr's per-task rendering can obscure which tool actually failed. A failing task's title can stay generic, or get overwritten by the tool's own noisy error output, so it's not always obvious at a glance which tools had errors (e.g. pi reporting "No matching package found" or cursor-agent failing on an auth error, without the tool name showing anywhere near the message).

Change

After the run finishes, print an explicit summary naming every failed tool alongside its error message:

Errors (2):
  - cursor-agent: [unauthenticated] Error
  - pi: No matching package found for pi

This is additive — it runs after Listr's own rendering finishes — so it works regardless of how Listr renders individual failing tasks.

Testing

  • Added test coverage for the new summary output (present on failure, absent on success).
  • pnpm test — all 24 tests pass.
  • pnpm run build — builds successfully.

Generated by Claude Code

Listr shows per-task titles, but a failing task's title can stay
generic or get overwritten by the tool's own error output, making it
hard to tell which tool actually failed. After the run finishes, print
an explicit "Errors (N):" summary naming each failed tool alongside
its error message.
