To be inline with TYPO3-defaults, the default JS-folder should be renamed to "JavaScript". This should be reflected in the documentation as soon as mxsteini#2 had been implemented

After implementing the PR, there should be a warning added, that if these variables are set to folders which are already present, existing files within these folders are being deleted when firing "ddev npm start". |

add missing env-variables T3BUILD_CSS and T3BUILD_JS
