Fix incorrect chord direction at end of user adjusted beams #27013

Resolves: #26991

This method needed the user y adjustment adding onto the start/end anchors. This is exactly what is calculated and stored in BeamLayout::layout2, so we can simply use BeamBase::start/endAnchor.
