This is a pretty small release by Caesium standards, feeling rather uninterested for
Android this past week.
[x] Linux 3.18.73
[x] Set product_string for Android Auto.
[x] Improvements to cpufreq_interactive: Added screen_off_max_freq and powersave_bias tunables.
[x] Stub out Franco's wakelock blocking in favor of Boeffla's generic driver. Use EXKM to configure it. All safe wakelocks are disabled by default. Any wakelocks you disable on top of those will not be given support for.
[x] Re-enable blu_active governor.
