Protocol omission on
scrapeUriits only available when using/probeendpoint viatargetquery.But, when using
/metricsdirectly we need to pass the protocol.So, in this PR, i propose to keep the logic uniform between the two endpoints, where by default, when protocol its not provided,
tcp://will be added.Tested by passing and not passing protocol on both
/metricsand/probeand seems ok.
