Removed most of FakeShutilModule functionality

- adapted tests to work with fake_filesystem_unittest.TestCase
- fixed some tests to work with the real shutil
- fake_filesystem.ResolvePath: consider alternative path separator for resolving links
- fixes pytest-dev#194
