feat: Add more logic to card game and tests

• Update documentation plan based on the new CARDS document to use that as the source of truth. Also update state machine an general logic to adapt to the changes in this file.
• Implement debugging tools
• Implement vitest for testing and include new tests.
• Update file naming convention to use dash.
• Move forward with game logic that now includes data war logic and launch stack logic.
• Include more UI features (card rotation when playing multiple cards, card animations from deck to board).
• Fix the overflow issue of the board when entering portrait mode.
• Create new PlayedCards component to abstract the iteration logic and styles.
• Included Billionaires Avatars after Nick's implementation
