This PR adds support for the
reservation_groupfield to thegoogle_bigquery_reservationresource. This allows users to specify the reservation group that a reservation belongs to when creating or updating it.A new acceptance test
bigquery_reservation_with_reservation_grouphas been added to verify this functionality.
