Initial release

Initial release of salad. This is the state of salad used in the preprint "Efficient protein structure generation with sparse denoising models". In addition to the source code, this release also contains the current set of model parameters for denoising models (salad_params.tar.gz) and autoencoders (ae_params.tar.gz).
