The 3.1.0.0 release should support Diablo II version 1.10. However, because 1.10 already has a D2mod resolution plugin named D2ExpRes. Since modders already have a resolution modification solution in this form, it would make sense to implement several backlogged features without the pressure of needing to provide support for 1.10.

SGD2FreeRes offers very little in terms of customizability compared to D2ExpRes. A goal should be to offer similar customizability, expand on the features present in D2ExpRes, and streamline the management of resolutions not defined in the D2ExpRes.ini file. SGD2FreeRes should not strive to be a replacement for D2ExpRes, but an alternative with optional compatibility.
