Fix Quest Log and Help button placement

In 800x600, the Quest Log and Help button are placed lower in the Play Area, making it sit where the New Stats and New Skill button would sit in 640x480. Currently, these two buttons (Quest Log and Help) are still placed relative to how they would in 640x480.

This is a visual bug and does not significantly affect gameplay at all. Possible solution may be to add a config option to place the buttons in their correct spots.
