#5 pinned the macOS runner to macos-15 to get CI green. The reason
macos-latest (macOS 26) failed is that Go only started writing LC_UUID
into internally linked Mach-O binaries in 1.24, and macOS 26 refuses to
load a binary without one — every test binary aborts with "dyld: missing
LC_UUID load command".

That isn't only a CI problem. The darwin binaries on the latest release
are built from the same go.mod, so they have no LC_UUID either and won't
start on macOS 26. I cross-built ./cmd/setfree for darwin/arm64 with
1.22, 1.23 and 1.24: only 1.24 emits it.

Bumping the go directive is enough, since setup-go reads go.mod in both
CI and Release, so the runner pin can go back to macos-latest and we
keep testing the macOS users actually run.
