- Refine email import/message handling - Adjust KnowPro answer schemas and conversation context (whyNoAnswer -> why_no_answer) - Update MCP server and query tool
- Add DEFAULT_MAX_RETRY_ATTEMPTS and set to 0 (25 seconds is enough) - Change DEFAULT_TIMEOUT_SECONDS to 25 seconds - Catch openai.AuthenticationError in ingest_email.py and exit with message
