Auto Patch cni for CVE-2025-47911.

Patch Analysis (the patch applies cleanly)
Little indent fix has been done, autopatch cannot be combined with autosetup due to src2

  • Buddy Build 
  • patch applied during the build (check rpm.log)
  • patch include an upstream reference
  • PR has security tag

Patch matches with upstream reference except one test file which is absent from vendor source. Buddy build is successful. LGTM.
