Fixed in 9e95ef9 by aligning the lab package ruff pin with the workspace and refreshing the Python lockfile. The failing CI uv sync --all-packages --all-extras --all-groups path now resolves locally for Python 3.14.

Fixed in 65e2758 by merging current main and resolving python/uv.lock to keep main’s package-feed lockfile format while applying ruff==0.16.1. The PR is no longer in the dirty/conflicted mergeable state.
