Fixed in 6d203e1 by aligning agent-framework-lab's dev uv pin with the root workspace and refreshing python/uv.lock. Local uv sync --all-packages --all-extras --all-groups --prerelease=if-necessary-or-explicit now succeeds.

Resolved in b28ceca by merging current main and resolving python/uv.lock with the updated uv==0.12.2 entries. The PR no longer reports a dirty merge state.
