So this adds the command "strobe". Strobe takes everyone on mantledash to a specified color setting on http://moodlight.org/
That's probably super sketchy, but kinda cool. It doesn't start the flashing though, so maybe not that cool. Maybe I should have put it in an iframe instead of a redirect...TODO++
