This pull request includes documentation for the QUICK container regarding running it, developing & publishing it as well as preliminary performance results.
Once the QUICK container pull request has been merged, these docs should be updated with the link to the container on the GitHub Container Registry. Specifically, the dummy link "ghcr.io/merzlab/quick:23.08a-mpi-cuda-12.0.1" is listed in the installation-guide.rst file. This link should be updated after the first successful build of the container.
Depending on the order of these pull requests being accepted, I may be able to amend this PR with the necessary changes.
